For our bakery stakeholder engagement seemed like a mammoth task. However, when we realised that we could use some of our waste products to incentivize our stakeholders, it was a doddle! We used some of our leftover cookie dough and gave away sweet treats to those who filled in the survey. We got a lot of respondents! It was very valuable to hear the diverse perspectives from suppliers and customers alike and incorporate feedback into the second draft of our sustainability policy.
